The unit is headed by Chief Executive, Shri Ramesh Malik who is having rich & vast experience of more than 40 years in the industry. All the affairs of the company are looked after by the promoter themselves, assisted by General Manager Mr. H.S. Lal & and a team of trained staff. Mr. H.S. Lal is an experienced engineer retired from BHEL as General Manager. Other staff consists of the following personnel:

• Machine Operators.
• Purchase Officer
• Marketing Manager
• Finance Manager
• H.R. Manager

Total number of staff is 70, all the staff has appropriate qualification & expertise for their job.
